Hi, I'm Thomas! 

I’m a First-Class Media, Journalism, and Publishing graduate with a strong interest in journalism, pop culture, and mental health. I currently write for The Indiependent and The Honey Pop, covering a wide range of topics within entertainment, lifestyle, and political / popular culture. 

Alongside my writing, I have four years of experience as a Support Worker and am now venturing into an Academic Support role. I’m also enrolled on a Peer Support Worker course, further deepening my commitment to mental health advocacy and lived experience work.
